A space to feel safe, seen, supported, and understood.
Sacred Women's Circle is an intimate monthly gathering for women who want deeper connection — with themselves and with other women.
This is a place to slow down, soften, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that can get lost in relationships, responsibilities, expectations, and everyday life.
Through meaningful conversation, guided reflection, nervous-system grounding, journaling, breathwork, and intentional practices, we create space for you to come back to yourself.
Ready to stop performing and start coming home to yourself?

A circle, not a crowd
Every gathering is kept small on purpose — usually six to ten women — so there's room for every voice, every story, and every woman to actually be seen. No performing. No small talk you have to push through to get to the good part.
Six to ten women. One circle. Room for every voice.
How It Works
What happens when you show up
Monthly Connection
Gather with women who value growth, authenticity, self-love, and meaningful connection.
An Intimate Circle
Small by design, so every woman has room to be seen, heard, and supported.
Guided Inner Work
Explore relationships, patterns, boundaries, self-trust, forgiveness, acceptance, and what it means to choose yourself.
Come Back to Your Body
Grounding, breathwork, meditation, and optional sound healing with crystal singing bowls — part of the embodied experience, not just the conversation.
Real Conversation
Less surface-level small talk. More honesty, reflection, laughter, vulnerability, and connection.
What's Waiting For You
This is what is waiting for you
- A circle of women who are doing their own inner work.
- Space to talk about the things we don't always say out loud.
- Reflection, journaling, conversation, ritual, breath, stillness, laughter, and connection.
- Permission to stop performing.
- Permission to stop fixing everyone else.
- Permission to choose yourself without abandoning the people you love.
A place to remember that loving deeply does not require losing yourself.
In Her Words
"I wanted a space that felt different from therapy, different from networking, and different from another self-improvement program. A place where women can simply gather, exhale, and tell the truth."— Nikki Acosta, LMFT
Why This Space Exists
You know how to love everyone else
So many women know how to love everyone around them. We know how to nurture, accommodate, forgive, hold everything together, and keep going.
But somewhere along the way, we can forget to ask:
Sacred Women's Circle is a space to practice coming back to those answers.
Because self-love isn't about becoming selfish or shutting people out. It's about learning how to stay connected to yourself while you love, work, parent, partner, grow, and live.
When women gather in an honest and supportive space, something shifts. We remember that we aren't meant to do all of this alone.
Meet Nikki
The woman holding the space
I'm Nikki — a relationship therapist, transformation coach, and longtime believer that some of our deepest healing happens in relationship.
For years, I've helped women understand their patterns, rebuild self-trust, create healthier boundaries, and reconnect with who they are underneath the roles they've learned to play.
I created this circle because I wanted a space that felt different from therapy, different from networking, and different from another self-improvement program — a place where women can simply gather, exhale, tell the truth, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling a little more grounded in who they are.
